The Salt Water Flush Colon Cleanse Recipe:

tried it myself, because I couldn’t get past the drinking it, the ingredients have proven to work and detox cleanse the colon properly.
A salt water flush is best done in the morning on an empty tummy.

- Pure Water
- Natural Salt ( like Sea salt )
Here is how you go about it :
- Heat up 1-2 quarts water ( or mix with cold water )
- Chuck in 1-2 big spoons of sea salt
- When the water is warm enough, pour it into a holding container
- Drink in one sitting as fast as you are you able to.
You will most likely experience loose stools, if not you did not have enough salt in your mix.
Your mix should be as salted as you can bear, it’ll taste terrible, let me tell you, chug it down and wait for the avalanche!
After you’ve gotten it down you will experience mild symptoms like revulsion or headache. As the mix moves through your body you may wish to stay close to a toilet for a couple of hours. This flush can flush out good bacteria from your gut. It will also help keep your colon clean.
